    The Integrated Engineering Consultancy (I.E.C) was established in 1987 as a specialized consultancy firm focusing on geotechnical studies, foundation designs, and the construction of concrete and steel structures.

    The firm is led by Prof. Dr. Maher Taha El-Nemr, former Head of the Department of Civil and Structural Engineering at the University of Menoufia, UK (1981), Dr. Amr Maher El-Nemr, and Eng. Abdel Rahman Maher El-Nemr.     IEC International Engineering Consultancy is an Egyptian-French firm with over 25 years of experience, having successfully completed more than 1,200 projects across residential, administrative, commercial, educational, and tourism sectors in Egypt, the Middle East, and in 13 countries around the world including Europe, Asia, and Africa.


    The company operates a branch in France to serve European clients and has won numerous architectural competitions both in Egypt and internationally.

    ESE (Excellence in Sustainability and Environmental) certification is one of the most prestigious certifications awarded to buildings and projects that adhere to the highest sustainability and environmental standards. This certification aims to promote sustainable practices and reduce the environmental impact of buildings by adopting strict standards.

    ISO 410001 certificate for proper management and exploitation of the tower’s service facilities to achieve the greatest investment value for the building. In addition to many international certificates specialized in the world of construction and building.

    LEED International Certificate (Leadership in the Field of Energy and Environmental Design), which is the largest and highest international green certificate granted to buildings that meet the standard for designing, constructing, and operating buildings that are environmentally sensitive and high performance.

    BRS (Building Rating System) is a rating system used to evaluate commercial buildings based on a set of criteria and specifications. This system aims to provide a comprehensive assessment of buildings in terms of quality, efficiency, sustainability, and comfort for tenants. This system can be part of property management strategies and improve the overall performance of buildings.

    BOMA’s certification of commercial building load ratios is known as BOMA Standard Methods of Measurement. This certificate provides internationally recognized standards for calculating areas in commercial buildings, which helps ensure accuracy and consistency in area measurements.
